經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)周的生產(chǎn)，公司承接的兩臺(tái) 260000/220kV 超高壓變壓器 生產(chǎn)正在穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)，各項(xiàng)工藝嚴(yán)格按照計(jì)劃執(zhí)行，生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度取得重要進(jìn)展。

• 第 1 臺(tái)變壓器 已完成 吊罩檢查，所有內(nèi)部組件檢驗(yàn)合格后，順利完成 蓋罩工序，進(jìn)入后續(xù)工藝階段。

• 第 2 臺(tái)變壓器 已完成 器身整形，整體結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并 回爐處理，以確保絕緣系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。按照生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，該變壓器將于 明日進(jìn)入總裝并進(jìn)行注油作業(yè)。

Today, the production of the two 260000/220kV ultra-high voltage transformers undertaken by our company has progressed steadily, with all processes executed according to plan and significant milestones achieved.

• The first transformer has successfully completed the lifting cover inspection. After all internal components passed rigorous quality checks, the cover was reinstalled, marking the transition to the next production stage.

• The second transformer has completed core structure shaping, with all mechanical adjustments meeting design standards. It has now been returned to the oven for further processing, ensuring the stability of its insulation system. According to the production schedule, final assembly and oil filling will take place tomorrow.
