公司動(dòng)態(tài)｜節(jié)后開(kāi)工有序生產(chǎn)，嚴(yán)把質(zhì)量高效交付

清明假期結(jié)束后，我司全體員工迅速回歸工作崗位，以飽滿(mǎn)的熱情投入生產(chǎn)，確保各項(xiàng)目穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)，嚴(yán)把質(zhì)量關(guān)，力求高效交付。

今日，由我公司承接生產(chǎn)的第二臺(tái) 260000/220kV 變壓器 正在緊張生產(chǎn)中，目前處于附件的安裝和拆卸環(huán)節(jié)，預(yù)計(jì)明日將開(kāi)展吊罩檢查及蓋罩作業(yè)。同時(shí)，變壓器主機(jī)部分已順利完成生產(chǎn)，并通過(guò)所有實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測(cè)，數(shù)據(jù)均符合出廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，已滿(mǎn)足正式發(fā)貨的條件。

此外，發(fā)往新疆的第一臺(tái)（共兩臺(tái)） 10000/35kV 變壓器 今日已全面啟動(dòng)總裝工序，確保準(zhǔn)時(shí)、優(yōu)質(zhì)交付；而四川項(xiàng)目的 85000/110kV 變壓器 已經(jīng)進(jìn)入剪片工藝，生產(chǎn)有序進(jìn)行。

面對(duì)2025年接踵而至的各類(lèi)項(xiàng)目，我司全體員工將持續(xù)堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)纳a(chǎn)管理和嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量控制，確保每一道工序都達(dá)到高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，為客戶(hù)提供安全、可靠的產(chǎn)品，展現(xiàn)大國(guó)制造的卓越實(shí)力。

Today, the production of the second 260000/220kV transformer entrusted to our company is in full swing, currently in the attachment installation and disassembly phase, with the lifting cover inspection and covering procedures scheduled for tomorrow. Meanwhile, the main unit of the transformer has successfully completed production and passed all experimental tests, with all data meeting the factory release standards, making it ready for shipment.

Additionally, the first unit (of two) 10000/35kV transformer destined for Xinjiang has officially entered the final assembly stage today, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery; the 85000/110kV transformer for the Sichuan project has now entered the lamination cutting process, with production proceeding in an orderly manner.

As we face a series of projects in 2025, our entire team remains committed to rigorous production management and strict quality control, ensuring that every process meets high standards. This guarantees that our products are safe and reliable while demonstrating the exceptional prowess of national manufacturing.
